SowWn 2003-12-17 11:26 But to answer your question, this build will run faster (on a P4) than the standard build will.
SowWn 2003-12-17 11:24 Optomized implies that it is a special build designed to take advantage of the features of specified processor. In this case the P4 instruction set.
jesterace 2003-12-17 09:52 they'd run smoothly I'd assume and likely run a bit faster and or use less ram
El`Critic 2003-12-17 09:20 ok thanx SowWn, what does optimized builds does? it makes faster loading? or what? what else?
SowWn 2003-12-17 08:39 Running a P4 Build on a P3 will present some pretty nast issues. Pentium 3 does not have support for sse2. I would stick to the regular builds if i where you :P
EL`Critic 2003-12-17 06:51 thanx Tres ni
auto 2003-12-17 00:05 maybe and extra row and a 2 ss per day limit...
cthu1hu 2003-12-16 23:34 An extra row wouldn't help that much, when some people are posting up to 4 or more screens a day. Not that I'm complaining.
Tres`ni 2003-12-16 22:42 El`Critic: You could try, not sure they would do you any good, but I don't think they bork or anything..
sMs 2003-12-16 22:19 sorry i meant 384 ram
