Suppose you had another computer, say at work or something that used blackbox. You can simply take the .rc file on disk and have your home's desktop load on your work's computer.

Almost like a container, only that it's the size of the desktop. That holds the smaller containers and so forth. That way you can even have things thrown about on your desktop and simply save it all for later

I think, I may be mistaken, but desktopX uses one large container for it's desktop.

Nightbreed: By the "desktop container," do you mean sort of like different plugins per workspace? Instead, each plugin-window --whether it's bbi or some other plugin--could just have a toggle for stickiness. For example, you could rebuild bbicons and add to the icon menu a toggle that calls either MakeSticky(this_hwnd) or RemoveSticky(this_hwnd).

lol: I used bbinterface to create a small reminder pad using a frame, label and a button for saving the text.. You can almost create small apps with this

Nightbreed: I wanted the "container" feature while I was making the bbwharf script . It's bc the "wharf" consists of several bbi frames, and it's hard to move the wharf across the screen and keep all of the frames aligned.

Hello chatters! I just found this wonderful software called xoblite and installed it. I am very surprised that it is still developed as every other place around here seems to be dead. If you're reading this, please help me figure out how to set the clock to 12hr, and how to run a @Script from the menu. The docs say it is possible, but do not elaborate.
