shotshells 2006-06-27 14:05 Great idea with the sticky thing. I'm going to try it when I can.
shotshells 2006-06-27 14:04 Litestep added a fix for this a few years ago. Basically the workspace monitorred launched apps, and if a new window was launched from some parent window, the new window would be placed on the appropriate workspace. It was a core fix.
ArthurDent 2006-06-27 12:40 NB: Just about any app can do it, it's just a matter of who the bigger offenders are. I wonder if there's a way for BB core to know if this is a dialog that locks the parent and treat that window differently?
Nightbreed 2006-06-27 11:40 Only way to do that is to get the id of that window and add that to the sticky window list. What app is doing it?
shotshells 2006-06-27 10:31 When an app pops a child window while user is on a different workspace, the popped window shows on the current workspace. You have to find the window and terminate it before you can use the parent application. Anyone know a way around this?
