This is a style I did a year ago and never uploaded. Since I'm spaming the style uploads anyway, what the heck...
I started out with the intent of doing a 'Vista' style using some screenshots from the then beta releases of the OS but the style just ended up evolving on it's own to the current state. I happened to be watching the Discovery Channel's 'Shark Week' during that time and found the wall on flickr, you can get it here if you like: link@N00/131673530/ , it's one of those beautiful nature shots that you never want to experience in real life ;P |

Agreed. You're one of the few that make 'usable' 3dcc schemes. |
Thanks guys! The truth behind the 3Dc's isn't talent tho, it's a sequence of steps I use that simplify it (for me). First, I unload bbColor3DC and load bbColor, this gives me a starting point except the algorithm for the menu hilite - which blows (sorry NC-17 ;P ). Then I use a program called Desktop Architect which was made for Win98 Plus! theme creation (it installs in XP) and use it's color scheme tools (that's all I use it for) which makes creating them a no-brainer. Then, I tweak it out with a program called DisplaySet because it supports the most window elements (more than 3DCC). It's kind of an obtuse process but it's really pretty easy :) |
The borders really make it pop.
Nice one! |
Thanx iTiVO! |
