There is. Was implemented a looong time ago (I am afraid you have to look in lostinthebox for it, do not have a link handy, but it shows the correct time only when you right click for a new menu. The clock does not refresh itself when the menu stays on top :(

uploading works, but uploads always require approval and I don't think any of us are as actively moderating as we did in the past ;-)
