That a cool interface Jimmy. Would make for an interesting virtual destop contoller too. All it would have to do is take a screenshot of the desktop you are on and assign it to a button when you rotate it ;) just an idea.. hehe |
thanks Nightbreed, the inspiration came from one of your plugins :) ... That idea is really interesting, but I would need tcl for doing it? |
Yeah, you'd need tcl.. but I could send you my tcl based screenshot thingy and perhaps you could adapt that to a virtual desktop manager |
Uhmm... I could try, but I can't use tcl (never tried...) Could you link me a tutorial for tcl basis or something like that please? This coud be the right occasion for learning this scripting language ;) Thanks Nightbreed :D |
Take a look here, there's a pdf with good and easy to learn tcl stuff there. To be honest, tcl is very easy to get a grasp on. And looking at the interfaces you do I can bet you wont have problems getting the hang of it. The tcl thread is always there to answer questions too, so don't be afraid to interact there. |
Thanks again :D but... Here where? (the pdf) |
Opps.. totally my bad.. lol
link |
I've begun to read this tuto after Nightbreed's last style and I have understood everything until now, actually I've just read the introduction but I got scared when I saw "it's aimed at those who have some knowledge of programming" ^^; Nevermind I really am going to read it completly and maybe understand it. btw I like this soft grey style and good luck jimmy for tcl :) |
Thanks Shawan :) ... At the moment I'm under exames, so I can't "study" tcl seriously... Anyway I'll learn it ;)
bye |
What plugin are you using to make that circle of icons in the center? |
Hi sleepy, that's bbinterface, the description of how it works is in the screen itself (in the notepad). |
